Installation and use
1. The steering of the pump is a right turn (clockwise) from the shaft end.
2. The pump shaft should be installed horizontally. The eccentricity error between the pump shaft and the motor shaft is within 0.05mm, and the angle error is within 1°. Increased radial and axial loads should be avoided at the shaft ends. At the same time, sufficient rigid materials should be selected as the mounting bench.
3. Match the pipe diameter according to the size of the oil port of the pump, especially the oil inlet pipe. The oil inlet pipeline should be strictly sealed and should not leak air; The system should be equipped with a cooling device (if there is no cooling device, the volume of the fuel tank should be increased); The fuel tank should be equipped with a partition to separate the bubbles and dirt caused by the return oil
Thing; The nozzle of the oil return pipe should be lower than the liquid level, and the minimum depth of immersion in the oil is 50mm, even at a low allowable liquid level height, so as to avoid the formation of foam; The suction inlet pressure of the pump is -0.03+0.03MPa; Suction is recommended when the pump is installed above the tank level
The height of the inlet from the oil level is less than 500mm.
4. The oil drain pipe must be directly connected to the oil surface of the oil tank, and the piping resistance should be below 0.03MPa.
5. The setting of P-Q at the factory
Flow rate setting = *** flow rate set for the specified model of the product sample
Pressure setting = *** small value of the pressure adjustment range.
6. Flow & Pressure Adjustment:
When adjusting the flow rate and pressure, loosen the lock nut first, and then rotate the adjustment screw; After adjustment, tighten the lock nut
Rotate the flow adjustment screw clockwise to reduce the flow rate; Rotate counterclockwise, and the flow increases.
Rotate the pressure adjustment screw clockwise, and the pressure increases; Rotate counterclockwise, the pressure is reduced.
7. Thrust bolts
The thrust bolts are set when the pump is assembled, please do not adjust them.
8. Hydraulic Oil:
Please use hydraulic oil with a viscosity of 30~50cSt (ISOVG32) at 40°C
The hydraulic oil temperature range is 1560°C. When the initial oil temperature is below 15°C, use low pressure pre-operation to bring the oil temperature to 15°C.
9. Keep the oil clean, the pipeline and oil tank must be thoroughly cleaned; A fine filter should be installed in the system, which is recommended to be 25um, and the oil accuracy level should be within NSA10; At the same time, an oil filter of sufficient capacity should be installed at the suction inlet end of the pump (its rated flow rate should be greater than that of the pump
twice the flow rate), the recommended accuracy is 100um (150 mesh), and the oil filter should be more than 50mm from the bottom of the oil tank.
10. In order to ensure that the sliding surface of the pump is fully lubricated, please inject oil into the pump body before operation.
11. First use: Please start the motor repeatedly under no load condition to exhaust the air in the pump and the oil pipe. When the oil pump is confirmed to be draining the oil, in order to ensure that the air contained in the system is removed, the oil pump will continue to run without load for 10 minutes. For pipes with difficult exhaust gas
Please install an exhaust valve.
