When the rotor of the vane pump rotates, the tips of the blades are tightly attached to the inner surface of the stator under the action of centrifugal force and pressure oil. The working volume formed by the two blades and the inner surfaces of the rotor and stator first absorbs oil from small to large, and then discharges oil from large to small. When the blades rotate once, they complete one oil absorption and discharge.

The concentricity of the pump and the motor mounting shaft is controlled within 0.1mm, and the angle error is less than 0.2 degrees;

Suction piping: For self-priming vane pumps, the height of the suction port from the liquid level is less than 1 meter;

When it is put into use for the first time, the starting motor should be repeatedly jogged in a pressure-free state to remove the pump and the oil absorption

Precautions for the use of hydraulic fluids
1. Selection of hydraulic oil
Hydraulic oil with a viscosity of 30-50cst (1SOVG-32) at 40°C is recommended below 70 bar
Hydraulic oil with a viscosity of 50-70cst (1SOVG-68) at 40°C is recommended above 70 bar
2. Oil temperature range
In order to ensure the long-term reliable operation of the system, the working oil temperature is controlled at 15-60°C
3. Oil cleanliness
It is important to install a suitable filter device in the equipment system, and replace the cleaning filter element regularly
4. Oil replacement cycle
Regular oil change method: the time for the first time to change the hydraulic oil of the equipment is half a year, and once a year after that.
Visual oil change method: When it is observed that the oil turns black or milky white, the oil needs to be replaced in time.
Sampling and laboratory method: regularly sample and test the oil to determine whether its performance indicators meet the standard, and change it immediately if it does not meet the standard
